With warm weather now officially upon us, there's an incentive to get out and get moving, now more than ever.
In that spirit, my entire household piled into a car and left the big city, in search of some kind of adventure. In the case of today, that "adventure" took the form of a hike around Selkirk park.
Admittedly, I didn't realize the park was as expansive as it was. Though I'd been there a time a two previously, and seen the immediate entrance, it turns out there's more to it than meets the eye. Namely, a variety of trails of varying lengths, providing a forest-like escape within city limits.
There's limited options for entertainment nowadays, and though things are slowly re-opening, we still need to be wary. Thankfully, there's lots in our own province yet to be explored.
